I do not use cookies to track you or keep any information about you. The only cookies used on my site are for Google Analytics which tracks the performance of my website and how users interact with it (which pages they visit, how long they stay). This information is not individualized, nor used in any way aside from my own website development.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who I share your data with
I do not gather any data on you aside from emails you send through my contact form. I do not share any information with other parties.
How long I retain your data
Emails sent through my contact form will be retained for at least 7 years, in keeping with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
What rights you have over your data
You may ask for a copy of any email you have sent me and I will provide it.
Where your data is sent
Emails sent through the contact form are delivered to my Google Workspace email account, which is covered under a Business Agreement preventing them from using information provided. However, these emails are not end-to-end encrypted so information is not secure between my website and email address.
